In addition to terrible service, they offer “free” parking, but if they don't have the product, you have to pay for parking. There are several other companies that offer the same products with better service and prices.

I hope I never need anything from this store again! They sell some products of poor quality...I bought an electric cylinder which caused problems the first time I used it...and the owner sent it to the concert and didn't want to change it …

The service is great! I love this store. Lots of variety and good products! They are to be congratulated! Only the price for some items (not all) is much higher than the market, I mean for the same brand of products sold in other places...
